Academic Tech Support Specialist-part time

The Prairie School, a private child-centered, college preparatory school, is seeking a part-time Academic Tech support Specialist. Qualified candidate would be providing coverage at the Student Research Center help desk to deliver front-line IT Help Desk troubleshooting and support to school employees, students, and other stakeholders in rotation with other IT Department members, responding to support e-mails and in-person requests, resolving and documenting incidents and problems or escalating to the Systems Administrator as appropriate. The TSS will also help collaborate with faculty to facilitate the incorporation of technology into instruction. This position is a twelve-month part time position at 28 hours/week.
