Academic Technology Coordinator
Greens Farms Academy seeks a Middle and Upper School Academic Technology Coordinator to begin in the 2016-2017 school year. As a faculty member, the coordinator will teach one or two technology-focused courses; options include a Middle School technology seminar, introductory programming, iOS programming, video game design, AP Computer Science, or robotics. In addition to teaching duties, the coordinator will be part of a team that is responsible for technology support and integration for the faculty, staff, and students in the Middle and Upper Schools, and will work as a member of the PreK-12 technology department team to address school-wide needs and issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, deep familiarity with the Apple platform, knowledge of a range of classroom technologies, experience in one or more of the course areas listed above, a desire to work with colleagues in a collaborative environment, and a commitment to fostering a diverse community. This is an eleven-month position, reporting to the Director of Information Technology.
