This job reports to the Director of Information Technology and pays a salary of$2,263. (Monthly Minimum under 12-month Recurring Contract)
Provides support to Technology Solutions Director and staff. Works closely with other college departments to facilitate technology support requests, projects, and related needs. Answers telephone, maintains student worker schedules, collects, and compiles data for inventory management and performs general support duties; such as preparing and creating support tickets, directing support requests to appropriate staff, receiving packages, and managing mail. Maintains the department calendars, orders supplies and equipment, maintains expenditure totals, and performs monthly ProCard reconciliation. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
Associate degree (related field) and one year related work experience or equivalent. Must possess excellent organizational and customer service skills and be current with technology and computer skills.
