General Summary
Responsible for maintaining and supporting the technical and system functions for the Office of Financial Aid. Manage and maintain daily electronic processes to support Financial Aid operations including reporting and email communications. Design and develop database tools.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage daily electronic processes to support Financial Aid operations.

Design, develop, test and troubleshoot database tools to support the Office of Financial Aid.

Provide data and reporting support for the Office of Financial Aid.

Manage and maintain the Financial Aid communication systems for student email.
-
Maintain web content for the Financial Aid website.

Technical representative for Financial Aid.
-
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor of Science in computer science, human computer interaction, information technology or equivalent experience.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access or other similar database software.

Ability to learn new software easily.

Ability to interpret technical terminology and applications and transfer knowledge to non-technical users.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively on various projects.
