Assistant Learning Spaces Specialist
Assists with managing learning spaces including the ETMS labs, Digital Media Hub, testing centers; assists with high profile multimedia events that require knowledge of audio and videos systems and computer related technologies; and assists with deployment, integration and support of multimedia distribution technologies including video, audio and web conferencing, cable television systems, and live classroom capture. Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of computer support experience required. Strong communication skills, proven troubleshooting, and educational environment experience preferred.
