Computer Science Teacher & Technician

Marianapolis Preparatory School , a culturally diverse independent day and boarding high school in Thompson, Connecticut, seeks a visionary educator with a strong computer science education to teach fundamental skills, execute an integrated technology curriculum, support the school’s iPad program, and assist colleagues as they utilize technology to advance their student’s learning.  Technical competence in using and teaching educationally useful languages is important. The ideal candidate should be proficient in C++, Java, Web Design, Computer Operations, and the different variances of Office suites.  This position collaborates with faculty and division leaders to support all programs thus the candidate must possess the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others. The professional will provide support for technology resources, as well as special projects in all areas of the school.
