Data Assistant/Office Support

Reporting to the Dean of Admissions, the Data Assistant/Office Support position will assist with processing over 1,200 applications and will work within coordinated teams to proactively identify and troubleshoot related application matters throughout the admissions cycle and will play a key role in records management. This position is responsible for:
Generating monthly reports and statistics
Sending email blasts on a regular basis
Liaison with online application vendors
Processing online application submissions
Answering phones, schedule tours and interviews
Provide administrative support for open house, revisit days and receptions
Greeter coverage as needed
Performing other duties as assigned
Experience with data management, record keeping and customer service required.
This position begins on Tuesday, September 5 and continues until Friday, May 25. From September through-March 10, one should expect 25-28 hours per week; from March 10 through May, the hours decrease to 10-16 hours per week.
