POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: Directs the college’s technology initiatives in alignment with the College’s strategic plan. Collaborates with the College’s executive leadership to promote the use of sustainable technological resources. Primary responsibilities include oversight of the Ellucian managed service contract and strategic liaison between the college community, Office of Information Technology (OIT) staff and Ellucian. This includes assessment of service level agreements. Performance and satisfaction metrics, operating and capital budget management, legal and regulatory compliance and IT governance. Coordinates with functional departments, technology users across the College and Ellucian to develop a roadmap for technology with regard to appropriate architectures, platforms, applications, security and integration with Ellucian Colleague.
