Director of IT Service Delivery
The, full-time, Director of IT Service Delivery is responsible for the oversight and management of all physically delivered IT services on campus. This includes, but is not limited to, computer deployment and support for classrooms, computer deployment and support for employees, projector, screen, and other AV and multimedia equipment for classrooms, labs, and other spaces, support for multi-campus classrooms, support for college events, and support for emerging technologies. The incumbent will supervise several sub-teams - A/V, Desktop and Device Management, Classroom and Emerging Technologies - and will be responsible for vision, strategy, and cross-training within and regarding these areas.
Salary Range: $64,510 - $84,847 (commensurate with experience)
Position will remain open until filled.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Bachelor's Degree in technology or related field and 4 years work experience.

Demonstrated ability to manage a team with diverse requirements and responsibilities

Strong vision relating to physical IT service delivery

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with array of devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets and other mobile devices, emerging technology hardware (e.g. VR equipment)

Experience working with multimedia and A/V equipment

Understanding of higher education technology environment and requirements
