Director of Technology

Founded by George Washington Copp Noble in 1866, Noble and Greenough School is a rigorous academic community dedicated to motivating and inspiring students to achieve their highest potential and to lead lives characterized by service to others. A co-educational, non-sectarian day and boarding school for students in grades seven (Class VI) through twelve (Class I), Nobles has a current enrollment of just over 600 students–including approximately 50 five-day boarders.

Noble and Greenough School is currently seeking a Director of Technology who will lead the strategy, management, and execution of all technology hardware, software, infrastructure, and services. The Director of Technology will directly oversee all technology purchasing, the strategic planning for infrastructure renewal, all tech-support services, the networking infrastructure and hardware, all databases, and our laptop and iPad programs.

We seek candidates who bring a desire for ongoing professional improvement and a diversity of backgrounds and experiences. The successful candidate will demonstrate very strong technical skills, interest, and aptitude; the ability to manage people, projects, and complex systems effectively; a clear customer-service orientation to supporting users; and strong interpersonal skills and collegiality. A Bachelor's degree is required.
