Our Lady of Tepeyac High School is an all-girls, college-prep Catholic high school operated for 90 years by the Archdiocese of Chicago in Little Village. Formerly St. Casimir High School, our name changed in 1990 when two parishes merged. Seventy-nine percent of our students are Latina, and 21% are African American. Our students hail from more than 29 zip codes. Ninety-one percent of our students’ families fall below the poverty line, and 63% of our students speak Spanish at home.

Our Lady of Tepeyac High School is an integral part of the Little Village community. Once home to Eastern European immigrants, Little Village is now considered one of the largest Mexican American communities in the country. The two public high schools in the neighborhood average a 45% graduation rate, while we graduate 95% of our students. For the past ten years, 100% of our graduates have enrolled in college. In the graduating class of 2018, 43% were the first in their families to finish high school, and 86% were the first in their families to attend college.
