Director of Technology

The Episcopal Academy, located in Newtown Square, PA, offers college preparatory education for more than 1,200 boys and girls from PK-12th Grade in three units: Lower, Middle and Upper schools.

The Episcopal Academy is currently seeking a Director of Technology who will lead the strategy, management, and execution of all technology hardware, software, infrastructure, and services. The Director of Technology will directly oversee all technology purchasing, the strategic planning for infrastructure renewal, all tech support services, the networking infrastructure and hardware, all databases, and our growing 1:1 laptop program. The position supervises four members of the department.

Successful candidates will demonstrate very strong technical skills, interest, and aptitude; strong skills managing people and projects; a clear customer-service orientation to supporting users; the ability to manage complex tasks effectively, and strong interpersonal skills and collegiality. A Bachelor's degree is required.
