Director of Technology

The Stanley Clark School seeks a Director of Technology whose primary responsibility is to assure that all networks, equipment, systems, servers, databases, websites, learning management systems and other infrastructure function, are secure, and integrate properly in service to the mission of The Stanley Clark School.

The Director of Technology reports directly to the Head of School, is a member of the administrative team and works closely with the Director of Technology Integration to support classroom use. He or she is expected to provide training and support to faculty and staff as requested, maintain relationships with vendors and stay abreast of topics related to the field. The Stanley Clark School is an Apple based school. Knowledge of Blackbaud, FinalSite, and SchoolAdmin desired.

A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, systems management, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred. ACMT and OSX certifications preferred. Current and in-depth knowledge of network architecture, telecommunications, wireless and cloud technologies, ability to work collaboratively, strong attention to detail, and diplomatic communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
