Position Primary Purpose and General Responsibilities |
The Office of Research and Innovation installs and maintains electronic Research Administration (eRA) software used for the submission, management and review of research related grants, contracts, and regulatory compliance data. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing level 1 IT service support for all Office of Research and Innovation personnel and systems. Systems support include desktop, network/infrastructure, and enterprise systems support for Office of Research technology initiatives. The incumbent will be required to attend technology user group meetings and other systems training sessions as assigned. |
