Reporting to the Director of IT, this is a full-time position and starts on or before April 15, 2019.

 
Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

  • Apple certification a plus

  • Help desk experience preferably in a private school setting

  • Extensive knowledge of MacOS and general knowledge of Windows

  • Experience with audio boards, microphones and video cameras

  • Experience with JAMF, DeployStudio, and Munki a plus

  • Experience with theatre lighting a plus

  • Ability to establish rapport with faculty and students with varying technology proficiencies

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer the campus help desk system to provide daily technical support to faculty and staff

  • Prepare, deploy and maintain Apple iMacs and MacBook Airs in computer labs and carts

  • Provide front-line support of Apple and Windows desktops and laptops to faculty and staff

  • Resolve technical support requests from faculty and staff

  • Execute and support technology set-ups for campus events

  • Deploy and maintain hardware and software from faculty and staff

  • Provide front-line support of network copiers and printers

  • Maintain all common area (gym, performing arts center) video and audio systems

  • Work with Marketing and IT Departments on occasional videography projects

  • Work with Educational Technology Department in maintaining maker space

  • Provide occasional training to students, staff, and parents

  • Work closely with IT staff on hardware maintenance, software updates, and other tasks as necessary

  • Research and evaluate new technologies
