Job outline: The Help Desk Technician will work closely with the Assistant System Administrator for Level 2 tech support, and in planning for and preparing systems across campus. Additional responsibilities include supporting Jesuit High School’s 1:1 iPad program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or in process of working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- A diverse set of skills, including strong problem solving skills, initiative and a patient demeanor for working with end users.
Expected Start Date: January 2019
