Help Desk Technician
Marymount School of New York seeks a collaborative Help Desk Technician (entry level) to join its Technology Department for the afternoon shift (10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.). The school has a 1:1 MacBook Air and iPad program with Windows-based machines in select offices. The ideal candidate will be solution-driven, knowledgeable, flexible, patient, and positive. Marymount’s Technology Department supports K - 12 students, faculty, and staff, across two campuses with a dynamic school environment. This is an in-person, full-time, salaried position on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Special events will require evening support and weekend coverage.
Requirements

A degree in computer science or a related field

A+ certification is a plus, but not required

Experience in a help desk role preferred, but not required

Some experience with G-suite administration and mobile device management (SaaS)

Some experience with printers/copiers, basic LAN/WLAN, and phone systems

Some expereince with Mac and PC environments

Some experience with ticketing systems preferred, but not required

Able to assist with carrying network/computer equipment, peripherals, and accessories.

Able to travel between both campuses (within Manhattan)
Salary range: $55,000-67,000 annually
