Help Desk Technician (IT)

Crystal Springs Uplands School seeks a full-time Help Desk Technician starting July 2021. A full job description is here. The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. A successful candidate in this position will:

Demonstrate technology knowledge and a desire to grow
Interact with people in a professional, cooperative, and courteous manner; exhibit patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor
Provide technical support to all administrative staff, faculty, and students
Maintain computer hardware, application software, and printers
Work collaboratively with colleagues and members of the community
Share a commitment to upholding Crystal’s core values and to working in an inclusive school environment
