Information Technology Manager
Job Overview - The IT Manager is responsible for the supporting the technology requirements of CBA. An associate’s degree and Microsoft certification is required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Duties & Responsibilities

Provide desktop support to faculty and students for school-owned technology.

Perform desktop and server maintenance, including software and hardware updates.

Deploy new technology. Including computers, tablets, projectors, etc.

Create and maintain user accounts.

Maintain technology inventory.

Update technology plan annually.
-
Create and maintain documentation for CBA networks and servers.
-
Maintain network infrastructure, including wireless access points.
-
Manage school security system, including access control and cameras.
-
Support the audio-visual needs of the faculty, students and guest presenters.

Serve on the crisis management team
Qualifications
-
Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is required.

Highly organized and motivated
