This is a full-time position.

Occasional nights and weekends required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum one year experience in computer operations, installing and maintaining software. Experience in database analysis, reporting, and development of analytical reports. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.

Three years of professional work experience in a technical setting. Experience with enterprise software used in an educational field, especially Ellucian Banner and related systems. Experience with MS Dynamics or equivalent CRM software. Experience in website development and web languages. Experience supporting or working in a team environment.

Unless otherwise required by an applicable collective bargaining agreement, all minimum, additional and desired qualifications are preferred, but qualifications, degrees, and/or experience deemed comparable and/or equivalent by Oakland University in its sole and exclusive discretion may be considered.

Develop, test, implement and maintain web-based, enterprise and local technology solutions in support of the undergraduate admissions, orientation, recruitment and enrollment functions of the university.
