JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Instructional Technology Associate provides front line technical support for various services. Provides support to instructors for the use of technology in the development and delivery of high quality online and hybrid courses. Provides support for instructors utilizing and integrating software and equipment into classroom instruction. Provides support to students accessing and utilizing college technology systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree and one years' experience. Experience in technology support role and experience using learning management systems required.

EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE:

$48,914 - $60, 242 - Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
