IT Coordinator
Job Duties:

Provides user support for faculty, staff, and students
-
Answers inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and walk-in traffic
-
Performs light maintenance and installation of networked and local printers
-
Performs PC, Chromebook, and Mac desktop/laptop/tablet troubleshooting and repair
-
Responds to classroom technology support requests
-
Assists faculty and staff with smartphone/mobile device setup and troubleshooting
-
Performs installation and troubleshooting of VoIP devices
-
Installs and configures workstations and peripheral devices
-
Installs and configures digital signs
-
Assists faculty and staff with audio-visual systems setup for school events and presentations
-
Manages building access control system
-
Manages school bell system
-
Administration of the security camera system
-
Maintains detailed inventory of technology assets
-
Escalates Level 2/3 issues to 3rd party IT provider
-
Other duties assigned
Requirements:
-
Associate degree or higher in computer science or related field and 3 years of experience working in a technical support or customer service role. A combination of related education and experience may be considered.

Experience supporting K-12 schools highly preferred
-
Experience supporting a multi-user network
-
Proficiency in most recent version of Microsoft Windows, ChromeOS, IOS, and Mac OS operating systems

Familiar with administering Office 365 and G-Suite for Education (Google Classroom)

Familiar with using and supporting audio/visual equipment
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, team orientation, and ability to work in a dynamic and diverse work environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with a wide range of computer users
-
Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn the basic teachings of the Catholic Church
-
Ability to lift up to fifty pounds
Salary Range:
-
Expected pay range is $40,000 - $65,000. Actual hiring range may vary based on qualifications and experience.
