IT Field Support Technician
Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy is a pluralistic Jewish day school for students in grades 6-12. Located in Bryn Mawr, PA (metropolitan Philadelphia). Position
Now seeking a detail oriented and experienced team player to be our new IT Field Support Technician.
Job Requirements
- Associates in Computer Science is preferred
- Expertise in Apple and PC Hardware, Mac OS and iPad OS software, Microsoft Windows, learning management systems (Canvas), and G Suite for Education.
- Expertise in Mobile Device Management (JAMF)
- VoIP Administration
- Complete Audio/Visual equipment setup and breakdown for events
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to solve non-complex hardware and equipment problems
- Perform Active Directory Administration
- Demonstrate attention to detail and is organized
- Good oral communication and written communication, including the ability to write clearly and informatively and edit work for spelling and grammar
- Accept responsibility for own actions, follow through on commitments in a timely manner
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, look for ways to improve and promote quality
- Ability to prioritize and shift tasks based on dynamic workflow
