IT Helpdesk Support Technician
Trinity School is seeking a seasoned troubleshooter to fill the full-time position of IT Helpdesk Technician. This position is the primary technical support role for student devices and digital tools. This position requires strong people and customer services skills with a deep understanding of mobile device management and supporting a Mac environment.
Skills and Requirements
Experience working with MDM system (i.e. JAMF), JAMF Certification appreciated
Experience with setup, troubleshooting, and supporting iOS and MacOS (Apple certification appreciated)
Understanding of bash/zsh/shell scripting.
Working/Teaching knowledge of Microsoft Office, learning management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum of 3 years of technology support experience with progressively-increasing responsibility, ideally in a K-12 environment
Degree in MIS, Computer Science, related technical field, or comparable experience
Experience supporting Google Classroom, Google Workspace, or other cloud-based environments
The ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects in a timely fashion
Strong focus on customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
