IT PROJECT MANAGER, Information Systems and Technology (IS&T), to coordinate the planning, management, and execution of multiple projects. Will develop and maintain productive working relationships with business owners, project sponsors, and clients; work with cross-functional teams to define/refine the project scope; create and maintain the project plan; identify any potential project predecessors; develop work breakdown structures; facilitate information gathering for the level-of-effort analysis estimating project cost, resources, time, and deliverables; negotiate conflict and resolve issues that arise during this process; and develop/update charter for approval. Responsibilities include budget development and monitoring; working with resource managers to align resources across projects; assisting with identifying resources that need to be procured outside the organization and with developing statements of work (SOWs); conducting project kickoff meetings; evaluating the progress of projects and identifying any issues/risks; communicating clear and concise status reports; contributing to the development of metrics; providing constructive feedback to the team and coach/mentoring less experienced members; and performing other duties as requested.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration or six years' relevant experience; experience managing full lifecycle projects within established deadlines and budgets; operational agility; and strong organizational and oral and written communication skill. Must be able to prioritize and work on multiple projects/duties simultaneously; manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; troubleshoot and problem-solve; identify the need for changes in practices, processes, structures, systems, techniques, and tools; and use organizational systems that result in the identification and timely completion of multiple critical activities. Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum desired. Job #16124-Q
