IT Support Technician
The IT Support Technician reports to the Director of Technology and assists in supporting technology systems across the school. This is a seasonal, part-time position, 20-30 hours per week from mid-June to early September.
Responsibilities

Help desk - responding to support calls, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, and peripherals.

Providing support for general technology operations

Assisting in the preparation of all devices, classrooms and systems for successful opening of each school year

Management and organization of technology equipment, cables, accessories, components, and consumables

Perform preventative maintenance on variety of equipment including but not limited to computer hardware, printers, peripherals, A/V equipment, and other devices

Assignments and projects as needed and designated by Director of Technology
Required Skills/Knowledge

Mac OS/Windows 10

Very strong motivation to learn and solve problems
