IT Technician
Oakley House School, an independent remedial school in Cape Town, is seeking the services of a full-time IT Technician. This person will work across our two campuses, in Plumstead and Diep River, and must have a Code 08 Diver’s Licence and own vehicle. Successful candidates will have skills, working knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Microsoft A+ and basic Windows Server 2012
Network Infrastructure, for example, Wireless, LAN/Wi-Fi and Switches
Network communication including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Remote Desktop
Microsoft products like Microsoft Windows 7, 8 & 10 and Microsoft Office 2010 and 2013
Competence in e-mail and internet configuration
Working with hardware and devices like desktops, laptops, printers and scanners
