IT User Support Technician Substitute
The ideal professional will have experience in a fast pace, dynamic environment and have an extensive amount of experience with PC support and customer service. Candidates must be able to support a large number of PC computers in a fast paced environment, both remotely (help desk) and at customer sites. Candidates should have working knowledge of active directory, Windows, Office, and basic network support. Responsibilities and Duties
Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and services networked micro-computer workstations and related equipment and software used in administrative and classroom lab environments. Provides technical support and help functions that relate to computer hardware and software, data communications, and connectivity.
