K-8th Technology Instructor

Technology Instructor for grades K-8 in a Christian school environment for the 2018/19 school year. Candidate should have a heart for ministry to children and implementing the core values of Water of Life Community Church. Part time, 30 hours per week. Salary range listed is for full-time, 40 hours per week and will be prorated for this position.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in applicable field
2. Teaching Credential preferred
3. Minimum of two (2) years' applicable teaching and technology experience

4. Experience with STEAM curriculum development
5. Satisfactory "Live scan" fingerprint and child abuse index clearance by the DOJ
6. Current CPR and First Aid Training

7. Current TB test with negative results

8. Aspire to be a Christian role model in accordance with 1 Timothy, chapter 3

9. Maintain a consistent relationship with God, demonstrate a strong and growing walk with Christ and live a Biblical lifestyle that honors Christ

10. Be personally committed to the ideals, values and mission of WOL

11. Participate in a small group at your home church and be a regular tither to your home church

12. Ability to appropriately handle confidential information; refraining from gossip

13. Ability to resolve issues according to Matthew 18

14. Be/become a member at either Water of Life or a church with a similar Statement of Faith, and regularly attend its weekend services
