Responsibilities: 
Analyze instructional outcomes and provide expertise in the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality learning experiences across our numerous degree programs Design online courses and instructor led classroom activities, utilizing new technologies and approaches to encourage critical thinking and self-directed learning. Provide professional development sessions for innovative technologies to improve the learning experience, enhance delivery of credit and non-credit instruction; strengthen course and curriculum design, and promote the effective use of technology tools in the classroom. 

Qualifications: 
Master's degree in instructional design or some closely related field preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Experience in designing and developing Instructor Led Training, E-Learning and blended education may be may be substituted for degree requirements Quality Matters or OLC certification desired Experience delivering presentations and facilitating group discussions with adult learners required. Demonstrated writing, design, and research skills
