Exciting leadership opportunity to develop and implement an enterprise information architecture including a data warehouse, data integration, data management and ERP software. You will enable a sustainable, solution-focused and data-driven environment working in close partnership with colleagues in the IT department and with leaders from other campus units at this private college in southern Wisconsin.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and effective communicator with a strong interest in working to develop and implement a new information architecture and partnering with others to create an institutional culture of data. An agile approach to development, high degree of organization, and ability to work effectively as a leader, team member and individual contributor are essential. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, plus three years of progressively more responsible full-time experience in computer applications programming, database administration, systems programming, computer systems development, ERP administration, or planning of data/information processing is required.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ year’s experience working in data architecture in OLTP and OLAP environments, as well as in building and managing data warehouses and data marts using Microsoft SQL Server technologies; strong technical skills and capability in areas of data quality, data migration, data modeling, and business intelligence tools; and management of technical employees.
