Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Manager, Information Systems Technology (Business Title: Laboratory Information Management Systems Manager) for the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The primary purpose of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Manager is to serve as the primary resource for researching, configuring, implementing and managing all activities that are linked to Public Health and Environmental Laboratories (PHEL), as well as the Laboratory Information Management System Manager. The activities include but are not limited to; billing, communicable disease surveillance reporting, instrument interface, web access and electronic data exchange tools such as emailing and faxing and special systems that link PHEL with other internal and external agencies such as; Epidemiology Environmental and Among the key duties of this position are the following:
