Manager, IT Infrastructure Operations

Monday through Friday, 8:15am to 4:30pm

Technical Responsibility for the implementation of technology systems and services. Provides technical direction to staff in regards to integration of various system applications, server administration, system security, installation of patches/upgrades, systems databases, web integration, data storage and warehousing feeds, networking, etc. Serves as a member of the departments management team.

Lead a team responsible for technical management/ administration of various systems.
Organize and oversee the monitoring and technical direction of infrastructure and/ or applications to ensure security and system reliability.
Develop, maintain and continuously improve processes.
Assist with the development of the IT strategic plan

Bachelors Degree, 4 years of Cisco networking experience as a senior or lead engineer, 2 years of related management experience.
