Under the direction of an assigned manager, use independent judgement to plan, organize, implement, complete, and manage Information Technology Security and Computer Systems that have significant impact and visibility. Perform complex and independent research and analyses for an assigned District program area to provide leadership in all aspects of Security and Computer System management including development, planning, implementation, completion, and follow-up. Provide leadership in all aspects of Information technology security and systems administration including development, implementation, completion, and follow-up.

Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination of training and experience equivalent to: Bachelor's degree computer science, information systems, Information Technology Security, or related field. Increasingly responsible experience in systems administration and security on enterprise class computer systems.
