Job Description

The O’Neill Hall Technology and Production Coordinator will report directly to the Sacred Music Director and is responsible for programmatic and A/V technical support needs of featured venues in O’Neill Hall of Music. This will include the recording control room, Recital Hall, Performance Hall, 3rd Floor Rehearsal Halls, classrooms, etc.. The O’Neill Hall Technology and Production Coordinator (OH-TPC) will work in coordination with other staff of the Music Department and Sacred Music at ND, as well as provide support to the O’Neill Hall Facilities Coordinator to manage first and second-shift front-of-house operations. The TPC will provide instructional workshops for faculty and students in the production of, and editing of, professional quality video and audio recordings, and so must understand copyright law in all its ramifications. The TPC works with other staff to hire external personnel in support of large-scale events and projects, including sound specialists and videographers. The O’Neill Technology and Production Coordinator (OH-TPC) is a 12-month position with predominantly night and weekend responsibilities year round.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
1 to 2 years experience

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree
Music Degree
