Part-Time Database Coordinator
Carolina Friends School (CFS) is seeking a part-time Database Coordinator for the 2019-2020 school year. The Database Coordinator is a vital member of the School’s Advancement team and reports to the Director of Advancement. This position is not benefits eligible.
Specific responsibilities include:

Maintaining the integrity of all constituent records in Raiser’s Edge and updating individual records with pertinent biographical data

Collecting and generating alumni reports, event attendance reports, and other related reports

Processing and acknowledging gifts as received

Overseeing the maintenance of all donor files
-
Participating in Advancement staff meetings
-
Performing other duties as assigned

Preferred experience and education:
-
Bachelor’s degree

Strong technology skills and computer literacy
-
Familiarity with database management
-
Working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge required

Familiarity with fundraising terminology, gifts processing, and receipting processes
This position requires occasional lifting and carrying of equipment up to 50 lbs. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for server and network maintenance.
