The suitable candidate will maintain the computer networks at both the Preparatory School and the High School (separate campuses). This involves, but is not confined to:

  • troubleshooting connectivity issues as and when necessary
  • maintaining, adding and removing staff profiles
  • maintaining all school computers
  • assisting with maintaining classroom technologies (data projectors, smartboards, etc.)
  • preparing laptops for examinations
  • responding to help desk calls
  • maintaining monthly printer readings and allocation resets
  • administering occasional upgrades to network components
  • monitoring the Windows Server Update Service for all school computers
  • monitoring network access and troubleshooting problems.

This position would be ideal for a retired/semi-retired person with computer network experience.  The use of your own vehicle will be required.
