Senior IT and Network Technician

Due to the relocation of the present incumbent, the Headmaster seeks to appoint a

Senior IT and Network Technician

The successful applicant should have knowledge and experience of the following:

Work in an educational/large user environment
Maintenance of computers
Microsoft software products, e g and Windows Server , Office, etc
A+, N+, etc recommended
Advanced desktop support on Windows Xp to 10 for approximately 900 users
Knowledge of Linux will be an advantage (Postfix, Dovecot, Squid Proxy)
Network and cabling
Website development and maintenance (Joomla, HTML and CSS)
Further requirements:

Fluency in English
Grade 12 certificate
Industry qualifications such as A+, N+ etc
Current drivers licence
May be required to repair and maintain cctv cameras and intercoms
