The successful candidate will:

Have professional qualifications or membership of a professional body. SACE registration advantageous
Have familiarity with research requirements especially for the One Research Task
Be comfortable working with a range of devices (e.g. iPads, smartphones, laptops) and educational and research applications
Motivate and facilitate pupils’ quest for knowledge and its application
Work effectively with a dynamic team of subject specialist teachers
Have interest and relevant experience for undertaking work as school magazine co-ordinator
Mentor the Library intern programme
Have a vision for promoting literacy and digital citizenship
Appreciate working in a values-driven environment
Be required to uphold the traditions and ethos of the school.
The appointment would be effective 1 January 2017.
