Systems Support Analyst
The School for Engineering of Matter, Transport and Energy (SEMTE) in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering is seeking a talented, self‐starter to join our IT team as a System Support Analyst Senior which involves working closely with other IT staff and several student workers. A successful applicant will provide support and provide excellent customer service for a wide range of faculty, staff and student computers within SEMTE. The Systems Support Analyst Senior performs a variety of activities necessary to provide desktop and software application support to end users to ensure proper and effective operations. Work typically involves a combination of providing expert advice and troubleshooting on one or more operating systems, hardware, and software products, administering and maintaining shared‐use systems, communicating with users and user groups on technology topics, providing instruction, and evaluating, recommending, and installing technological solutions to new problems or situations. |

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or closely related field and six (6) years experience providing diagnostic and trouble-shooting support in a client server, cross platform environment, OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
