Technology Assistant
Full-time, 8 hours per day, 260 days per year
The Technology Assistant will assist the District Technology Coordinator and Network Manager in the maintenance and upgrade of technology services for both students and staff. Additionally, the Technology Assistant will provide HelpDesk support and general troubleshooting of end-user devices and peripherals.
Qualifications / Training and Experience
1. Associate Degree or higher in Information Systems or a related field of study
2. Experience managing Windows OS and Microsoft services in a networked environment
3. Experience working in a K-12 education environment preferred
4. Experience managing iOS and MDM solutions preferred
5. Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Information Systems or related field
6. Certified in CompTia A+, Network+, or Security+ desired
