Technology Assistant
Houston Christian High School (HC) is now accepting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Technology Assistant. The Technology Assistant is responsible to assist the Technology staff and serve students and employees for Houston Christian’s (HC) Technology needs under the direction of the Technology Manager. This position requires strong technology, communication and customer service skills. The Technology Assistant staffs the Technology Help Desk and needs to be able to achieve the goals of the position with interruption. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and able to work in a team environment. Occasional after school, evening or weekend hours may be necessary. This is a non-exempt, full-time position. The Technology Assistant reports to the Technology Manager and the Technology Director.
Qualifications:

Two year’s technology or relevant experience or Associate’s degree in related field, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Exhibit excellent verbal, visual, written and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills
-
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Knowledge and understanding of MAC OS is required

Knowledge of Google G Suite is preferred

Knowledge of MAC OS programs is beneficial

Knowledge of Apple iOS is beneficial
-
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of Windows is beneficial

Knowledge of JAMF Casper is beneficial
