Salary: $18/hour
Description: St. Michael School is looking for an on-site Technology Coach from 7:30am-2:30pm M-F $18.00 per hour + benefits.
We are looking for an energetic, patient, and resourceful technology coach to help instruct and guide our faculty with the use of technology resources. Helping students and teachers troubleshoot basic technology issues, monitor student Chromebook usage, and assisting our technology teacher in implementing professional development programs with our faculty and staff.
Job Summary:
- Assess and solve minor technology issues.
- Contact our IT Coordinator when major technical issues arise.
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
- Provides support and resources to faculty members.
- Works effectively with all members of the staff.
- Communicates clearly in writing and speaking.
Qualifications:
- Has energy and excitement seeing others learn through the use of technology.
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- A confident understanding of Google Apps is a must.
- Comfortable with Chromebooks, iPads, and Smartboards.
- Enjoys finding and sharing new technology strategies and software with students and colleagues
