Technology Coordinator

Technology Coordinator (80% teacher, 20% support)

Poughkeepsie Day School, the Mid-Hudson’s leading independent PreK-12 school, is looking for an innovative technology expert. The successful candidate will be able to:

● seize opportunities to enhance our curriculum using technology in all grades

● understand and teach the importance of digital citizenship PreK-12

● develop existing programs (including our maker and robotics programs)

● look to develop a challenging computer science program within a STEAM model

● maintain the robust network system and our internal website and SIS, MyPDS

While the job is conceived of as full-time, there may be an opportunity to shape the position as a part or flextime position, depending on the candidate’s skills and the school’s needs.

B.A. required; M.A. preferred.
