Technology Coordinator
Location: Long Island Reports to: Executive Director of Stony Brook Global and SBS’s Director of Technology About Stony Brook Global Stony Brook Global is a program within The Stony Brook School that exists to cultivate moral, intellectual, and aesthetic virtue in students around the world so that they may discover their calling, unlock their God-given potential, and bring about the healing and flourishing of their communities.
Stony Brook Global partners with churches, charities, and individual donors to make elite college preparatory and Christian character education accessible to academically talented students of all backgrounds, especially the poor, the oppressed, the orphaned, and the displaced.
Job Description Stony Brook Global, a new online program within The Stony Brook School, is seeking a Technology Coordinator to lead its technology efforts. As the sole technology officer in the startup phase of SBG’s development, the Technology Coordinator will need to possess skills and experience in educational software implementation, faculty and staff training, software development, tech support for students, and help build out the program for our Ethical Tech Academy. As enrollment grows, so too will the leadership responsibilities of the Technology Coordinator.
