Troubleshoot Desktops and Laptops (Windows based and Google Chromebooks) and Printer Management

Ability to Install Equipment for Classroom Technology (i.e. Ceiling Mounted Projectors, Mimio, Smartboard, etc.)

Acquire Chromebooks and Google Administration Certification

Manage and Maintain Wireless Network Including Infrastructure

Manage and Maintain SonicWall for Secure and Usable Access

Train and Support Staff on Hardware and Software Applications

Supervise and Assist Helpdesk Staff
