Technology Specialist
Job Summary/Basic Function |
The Technology Specialist will join a dynamic Technology User Services team in providing excellent technology services to a diverse and multicultural population of students, faculty and staff of the University. The Technology Specialist will provide support by phone, e-mail and in person; will open and close service requests electronically; trouble shoot user technology accounts; manage technology inventory; and train student Help Desk technology assistants. In addition he/she will install, maintain and repair computer hardware and software and other technologies in computer labs, classrooms and faculty/staff offices. He/she will provide classroom, computer lab and audio/visual support. |
