| Job Summary/Basic Function |
Deploy and maintain Mac and PC computers. Maintain classroom technology and printers. Assist faculty, staff, & students experiencing technology issues of a wide variety. |
| Required Qualifications |
Current or recent coursework pursuant to a degree related to digital technology. This position is 50/50 eligible, student must be enrolled full-time and have at least a 2.0 GPA in order to qualify. |
| Preferred Qualifications |
Strong familiarity with current Mac and Windows operating systems. Basic understanding of computer hardware and software functionality. Familiarity with iOS and Android devices. |
