Under the supervision of the Director of IT Infrastructure and Support, analyst will work as part of a small and flexible team supporting computing systems for all faculty/staff and students in the School's full-time and part-time graduate programs during day, evening and weekend shifts. While in the technology support center, provide in-person and telephone technical support. Assist Merage faculty/staff and students using desktop and portable computing devices at on-site and off-site locations. Assist faculty and students in Merage "smart classrooms" providing assistance with computing and audio/visual equipment. Assist staff with computing support for on-site location. Support hardware and software for Intel-based computers with the latest releases of Microsoft Windows and Macintosh operating systems, the MS Office productivity suite, and campus email systems. Support remote access to school's local networks, the Internet and troubleshoot ISP and firewall connection problems

Salary: Hourly $22.92 
Total Hours: M-Th 10:30a-7:30p, Sat 8a-5p
Career Position.
Requires evening work and some weekend work.
