Technology Support Specialist
Brief Summary of Work for this Position
The Technology Support Specialist maintains and updates software applications and the website for the National Drug Court Resource Center (NDCRC), the country's primary resource hub for problem-solving courts adult and juvenile drug courts, tribal healing-to-wellness courts, driving while impaired (DWI) courts and family treatment courts.
This position will support the dissemination and promotion of the National Drug Court Resource Center by:

Developing, implementing and maintaining the DCRC website

Providing responsibility for website functionality, assist with updating content, and monitoring/assessing website performance and analytics

Performing needed software updates, ensuring search engine capabilities, as well as work with the DCRC staff to develop and maintain social media presence
N.C. Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
An Associate's degree in Computer Programming or Bachelor's degree with some computer related coursework from an appropriately accredited university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position

Knowledge of federal, state, local and UNCW policies and procedures related to program

Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders

Ability to clearly convey information through verbal and written communication

Ability to understand the program's mission and organization
Preferred education, professional skills and experience
Proficient in computer programming, web technologies, project management software, and digital arts graphics software
Certifications or licensure required to perform the essential functions of the position

Recruitment Range: $61,302 - $62,000
Hours Per Week: 1.0 (40 hours per week)
Months Per Year: 12 Months
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
